Return and Exchange Period
You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Orders placed after 14 days will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return/Exchange Conditions
Items requested for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
Item: Unworn, unused, and in brand new condition.
Item: Intact packaging (including original shoe box, dust bag, tags, etc.).
Item: Free from stains, damage, and odor.
If the item does not meet the above conditions, Premiata reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to different sizes or colors of the same style (subject to stock availability).
If the desired style is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
