VII. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Return)
Users have the right to withdraw their order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused and include their original packaging and labels.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the product has a quality issue.
VIII. Refunds and Exchanges
Upon confirmation that the return meets the conditions, Premiata will refund the user's payment within 30 days.
If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, Premiata will bear the corresponding return and exchange costs.
