Goods will be delivered within 5—12 business days of being handed over to the courier company.

Premiata is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond its control.

If delivery fails to reach the address specified in your order, we will attempt delivery to the same address again.

If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods will be stored at the courier company's warehouse nearest the delivery address, and a pickup notice will be left for the recipient, informing them of the necessary information for collection.

Orders shipped only to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties.

If you purchase goods within the EU, no customs duties or additional fees will apply.

If customs duties are incurred, the relevant fees will be calculated according to the regulations of the country/region through which the goods transit, and will usually be collected by the local logistics provider before delivery.
